Frequency Response entities can be classified as actuator or channel as follows.
Actuator
Actuator defines the magnitude of the applied force.

Swept-Sine Actuator | Use to define amplitude and phase of sine function. |
Rotating Mass Actuator | Use to represent the force due to a rotating mass located at a radial offset from an axis of rotation in plane. |
Channel
Channel provides ports in your system by applying an input force and measuring an output response.

Input Channel | Use to define the location, orientation and actuator applying force at the system. |
Output Channel | Use to measure system response. |
