1.7. Housing Acceleration Results

Create a Total Acceleration result object to view the acceleration of the housing body as follows:

  1. Select the Solution branch in the Project tree.

  2. In the Solution ribbon, select Deformation and then Total Acceleration.

  3. Rename the new object as Housing Acceleration.

  4. Under Scope, set the Scoping Method to Geometry Selection.

  5. Using the Body selection tool (CTRL+B), select the body of the Housing object.

  6. In the Details panel, under Scope, click Apply in the Geometry field (see below).

  7. Confirm that Geometry is set to 1 Body (see below).

  8. Click Solve on the Home ribbon.
