Beginning with Ansys release 12.1, the earliest entity created is used to determine what survives when body merging or entity fusing takes place. Connect features existing in pre-12.1 databases will continue to generate as they had before, while connect features created in a 12.1 or later version will use the earliest entity created to determine the resulting entity.
