Prepare EnSight for postprocessing co-simulation results by setting up the Graphics Window and viewports.

Note that for displacements, both participants store data on nodes, so you will use nodal variables. However, for mapping and force, Mechanical still stores date on nodes, but Fluent stores data on element centroids, so for Fluent you will use element variables.
