Solution Type

Verify the solution type.

  1. Select Maxwell 2D > Solution Type.

    The Solution Type dialog opens.

  2. Verify that Geometry Mode is set to Cartesian, XY.

  3. Under Magnetic, verify that Transient is selected.

  4. Click Cancel to close the dialog.

Note:  Although Maxwell is running a transient solution, System Coupling receives time-averaged losses.
