Creating a Radial Circular Pattern

1. Select all radial pattern members.
2. Click the Move tool.
3. Re-anchor the Move tool on the circular axis.
4. Select the Create patterns check box in the Options panel.
5. Drag the radial pattern to form a circular pattern.
