The Statistics menu option computes the Cp for all selected field quantities and a user-specified threshold value. For each selected quantity, a single result object is created. Each result object is a field vector that contains the Cp value at each mesh position.
Note:
Internally, the command computes quantiles, which requires at least 20 input samples.
The lower and upper bounds are user-specified values.
For Cp (scattering-oriented QCS):
where U and L denote the upper and
lower bounds, respectively, and
q(Yk,p) denotes the p-th quantile
of quantity Yk.
The quantile probabilities correspond to the plus and minus
3σ-quantiles of a Gaussian distribution.
Y denotes the quantity and k
denotes the mesh position.
