Intel MPI 2018 is not compatible with the Linux Ubuntu distribution.

When running Forte in parallel across more than one Ubuntu node it is possible that the default version of Intel MPI in Forte may not work and your run will hang at the very beginning. If this happens, try setting this environment variable: I_MPI_PLATFORM=bdw. This setting is accessible in the Forte User Inerface on the Run Settings Editor panel > Linux Settings > Environment Variables.
