Introduction

In EnSight, parts can be colored either by a constant color or based on the value of a variable. Coloring geometry by variables is one of the simplest and most effective means of visualizing a variable along the surface of a part.

You can also set a default color - all parts subsequently created will automatically be colored by the default color (described in Other Notes below).
