To specify an insulated condition:

Select Insulated from the dropdown menu of the
Thermal tool in the Physics group of the
Simulation tab, or by selecting the Insulated
tool in the Thermal condition HUD.

Select a face to define as insulated.
An insulated thermal condition is where no heat will be gained or lost through the selected
faces.
If your model contains Named Selections, you can click
Advanced filters, select Link named
selections, and choose one from the list.

Click Accept to complete the setup.
