Mass
You can idealize the inertial effects from a body using the Mass condition. Applications include applying a force with an acceleration or any other inertial load, or adding inertial mass to a structure, which affects modal solutions.
You can specify a mass on a geometry or using a remote point. When applied to geometry, the mass constraint uses the centroid of the selected geometry as the origin.
Note: Discovery uses a flexible
stiffness behavior for remote points.
