The Material Wizard employs two sets of databases (for powder and non-powder material) to provide you with suggestions for your setup parameters: a Loose Bulk Density database and an Angle of Repose database, the latter of which contains both Static and Dynamic angle of repose values. All databases were generated by running an exploratory, considering the parameters and range as described in Limitations and considerations, and using the respective projects from the Calibration Suite. With the results available, ROMs were trained using Ansys optiSLang to describe the behavior of each measurement, based on the variation of the material properties. Each of those ROMs was then exported as a Functional Mock-up Unit(FMU) file and used as the core function of the wizard.
