rate. The overall erosion of the wall is then the sum over all particles.
This gives an erosion rate in kg/s, and an erosion rate density
variable in the res file and post-processor in kg/s/m2. Note that this erosion rate is only a qualitative
guide to erosion, unless precise values for the model constants are
known.
