9.15.2. Boundary Settings

You can set the amount of soot at inlet and opening boundaries using one of the following two methods.

 

9.15.2.1. Mass Concentration and Nuclei Concentration

Specify the boundary condition data in volumetric concentrations (for example, soot in kg/m3 and soot nuclei in mol/m3).

 

9.15.2.2. Mass Fraction and Specific Nuclei Specific Concentration

Specify the boundary condition data in specific concentrations (for example, soot in kg/kg and soot nuclei in mol/kg).
