17.20.1. The GATP Data Record - Use of Peak Period

The GATP data record acts as a switch enabling the Gaussian spectrum on subsequent XSWL data records to be defined in terms of peak period (Tp) instead of peak frequency (Ω_p). It does not apply to JONSWAP or Pierson-Moskowitz spectra. There are no parameters.
