To move markup, ensure that Markup mode is active and that the markup is not selected.

Click and drag the markup to the desired location.

When moving dynamic text, the tooltip displays the X and Y offset of the text from the leader anchor point (in pixels). If moving the leader anchor point, model space coordinates are displayed.
