It is possible to build a Material Database which can be used in different projects. The database can also be saved on an intranet drive for sharing to other ACP users.
The structure of the Material Database is exactly the same as in the model. For more information, see Material Data. The database is stored as .acpMdb and it can be managed through the context menu:
The units of the database and the model can be different. Use Copy and Paste to transfer a material from one to the other. Values of the materials are converted automatically to the correct unit system.
A default Material Database is installed with ACP:
