Virtual Reality Lab or Real Time Lab does not Launch when Clicking the Command

Problem

Virtual Reality Lab or Real Time Lab does not launch when clicking the command.

Cause

The issue can be linked to the use of the graphics card.

Solution

To help analyzing the issue, install the GPU Caps Viewer.

Note: With this software you can check if graphics technologies (OpenGL and OpenCL) work on your computer. It gives the complete reports on each technologies.
  1. Open the GPU Caps Viewer website.

  2. Click Download GPU Caps Viewer.

    A window appears.

  3. Click Download.

    A window appears.

  4. Click Download at the bottom of the page.

    A box appears.

  5. Click Run.

    A box appears.

  6. Click Run.

    A window appears.

  7. Click Next >.
  8. Click I accept the agreement and click Next >.
  9. Click Next >.
  10. Click Next >.
  11. Click Next >.

  12. Click Install.

    The installation is running.

  13. Click Next >.

  14. Click Finish.

    The Geeks3D GPU Caps Viewer window appears.

  15. Click Tools, and then Full XML Export.

    A window appears.

  16. Click *.XML export and save the file.
  17. Send report to Technical Support.
