Through Focus Spot Diagram

Show spot diagrams as they change through focal plane shifts.

Most of the options are identical to the Standard Spot Diagram.
Delta Focus: The delta focus option is only used if through-focus spot diagrams are selected. For focal systems, delta focus is the Z-axis spacing between the spot diagrams in micrometers. For afocal systems, delta focus is the optical power spacing between the spot diagrams in diopters. Five spot diagrams will be shown for each field position. The defocus will be -2, -1, 0, 1, and 2 times the delta focus provided. The delta focus units are in microns. For some systems the default delta focus may be too small to cause a change in the spot diagram structure.
Discussion
The through focus spot diagrams are useful for estimating astigmatism, or for analyzing best focus or depth of focus. The Direction Cosine option is not supported.
