Yield

This analysis displays a cumulative distribution function, or yield curve, of all the data saved during a Monte Carlo run. This includes all tolerance operands, compensators, and reported operands from a tolerance script.

Tolerance Data File The name of the ZTD file to use. OpticStudio will look in the folder where the current lens is saved and list all files with the ZTD extension found there. If no file is selected, the histogram will default to the most recent tolerance run.

Operand The tolerance operand, compensator, or reported value to display against the criterion.
