Indicates whether the database is currently locked. A locked database
cannot be accessed or modified by non-administrative users. To lock/unlock a
database, select the check box. |

| Last Modified (UTC) |
The last time the database was modified or updated. This can be useful for
identifying latest versions of databases under development, and test databases.
The time shown here is in UTC (Coordinated Universal Time) format. |
| Read-only? |
Indicates whether the data in the database can be edited. |
| Status |
The current load status of the database, one of:
- OK – The database is configured and cached successfully.
- Failed to load – The database is configured but failed to cache.
- Unloading – The database is currently being removed.
- Unloaded – The database is not configured/has been removed.
- Must Upgrade – The schema version of the database is older than that
expected by the software.
- Wrong Schema – The schema version of the database is newer than that
expected by the software.
- Reload Required – The database must be reloaded from SQL Server again. One
possible cause of this could be that the database revision in SQL Server no
longer corresponds with the database revision in Granta MI. You can
right-click the list entry and click Reload on the
shortcut menu to reload the database into Granta MI again.

| Index in Sync |
Search index synchronization status.
- A tick (check) means that the database and the search index are
synchronized.
- A cross means that the search index is not synchronized with the database,
and the index must be rebuilt. To rebuild the search index, open the MI
Server Manager tool and reload the database. See the Help for MI Server
Manager for index sync error troubleshooting advice.
When the database search index is not in sync, MI Viewer Admin users will
see notifications in a number of different places, see below. To troubleshoot
database index sync errors, use the MI Server Manager tool. |
