Comparing different record versions

You can compare different versions of the same record to see how they differ.

  1. Open the record datasheet.
  2. Click View version history in the datasheet header.
  3. Select up to 10 versions and then click Compare versions.

Datasheets for the selected versions are displayed side by side, with changes highlighted for most data types. Tabular and Functional data are not included.

Highlighting of changes is an application preference which you can change, if required. See Application preferences.
