Updates to material and process data

Some of the attributes that are available in the latest version of Granta Selector have been updated. As a result, project files created in Granta Selector 2024 R2 or earlier might contain data which is no longer valid.

When opening these projects, you are prompted to check that the data entered is still valid.

Changes to property data are of two distinct types:

Attribute name changes that retain the data.

If your project contains data for attributes whose name or description has changed, you should check that the data you have entered is still valid.

Attribute removal, that removes both the attribute and the data it contains.

For data that has been entered into project attributes that are no longer valid, you must export the data to a text editor, evaluate whether the data you have populated is still valid, and if so map it to an attribute that exists in the current version.
