Notifications options
The Notifications feature in MI Viewer allows users to monitor specific records, folders, and data, and view notifications about any changes made to items on their "Watch List".
When Notifications are enabled, users can add items to their Watch List and receive email notifications (if MI email notifications have been configured), and they may also be able to check their notifications on the Notifications tab.

Select the required notification options:
Option Description Enable Notifications Use this option to enable or disable the Notifications feature in MI Viewer.
Show the Notifications tab only to Admin users Use this option to restrict access to the Notifications tab.
When selected, only users with MI Data Administrator privileges will see the Notifications tab. Other users will still be able to add items to Watch Lists, and receive automatically-generated notification emails (if configured), but the Notifications tab will be hidden, and they not be able to view their watch notifications.
