Viewing my items

The My items page lists all your pending workflow tasks. Use the filters and search options on the left to narrow down the list of items shown.

You can filter by workflow type and properties such as the record name or the data of the last workflow activity.

1. To view the available actions, right-click an item in the list. The actions available will depend on what you are authorized to do in Granta MI (your role).
2. To export the list of tasks on the My Items page to a CSV format file, click Export to CSV.
