Monitoring the queue
Jobs are listed in the order they were created, with the most recent jobs at the top. Users with Data Administrator privileges in Granta MI can see jobs submitted by all users, and other users can only see their own jobs.
The job list will update periodically as queued jobs finish running. You can click Refresh at any time to see the latest information:
| Job status | Description |
|---|---|
| Running | The job is in progress. |
| Pending | The job is waiting to be run. |
| Completed | The job finished running. |
| Failed | A problem occurred and the job did not complete successfully. |
Double-click a job to view more information about the job, or carry out additional actions:
- For report jobs, you can download the report, re-run the report, or delete the job.
- For import jobs, you can view details about the import operation, and download the import log file.
