Turning on diagnostic logging
To help you debug client-server communication issues, you can turn on diagnostic logging using the Settings page in the Gateway client application. The resulting log files are located in a folder in the user’s %LOCALAPPDATA%.
For troubleshooting, you should turn on all logging options (including those under ‘Advanced’ settings).
Note: The information generated when optional diagnostic logging is
turned on is very verbose, so the options should be turned off again once the required
files have been generated.
