Transient Import Options Requirements

To use the Start/Continue from a previously solved setup options, both the source steady state and target transient designs must contain identical model geometry and boundary condition assignments. See the following images. In this example, note the identical geometry and that Memory boundary condition consists of the identical assigned geometry.

Note: The following changes to boundary condition or native 3D component parameters in your design are not supported when using Start/Continue from a previously solved setup:

In Openings, changing the pressure specification to velocity (or vice versa).
In Fans, changing the direction of the fan flow.
