Temperature-Dependent Thermal Properties

In the Electronics Desktop, you can create datasets, which are collections of plotted data points that can be extrapolated into an equation based on the piecewise linear makeup of the plot. In Icepak, you can create a dataset to define temperature dependent thermal properties for specific boundary conditions.

The following table displays which thermal boundary condition properties can be defined as a temperature-dependent expression.
