Your Ansys Electronics Desktop installation includes an example directory containing projects folders for several kinds of designs.

Example projects are organized by the design type. The examples under Circuit, HFSS, and HFSS 3D Layout include subfolders, organizing the projects according to different applications:

Several of these projects are associated with detailed getting started guides.

Many other projects include descriptions in the help.

HFSS Examples

The example models are provided as an additional applications resource and are included with the software installation.

Many, but not all, of the following HFSS example projects have descriptions included in the help. They are organized by category—ADAS, Antennas, EMI EMC, RCS, Signal Integrity, Metamaterial, RF Microwave, and Transmission Lines. For models with included descriptions in the HFSS help, the icons in the figures are linked to the associated topic.
