Local Drive Mapping

The local drives on your local machine can be automatically mapped to a virtual desktop when you connect to the virtual desktop.

Local drive mapping occurs only if the following conditions are met:

Important:
  • Mapping local drives from a Linux machine is not supported.

  • Although local drive mapping can be convenient for one-time transfers of small- to medium-sized files (<100 MB), it is not recommended for larger files or for files subject to frequent updates. Some applications may not directly offer these drives in their user interface.

By default, all local drives are mapped automatically. You can choose to map only selected local drives if desired or disable drive mapping completely.
