Viewing Subscription Details

To view your company's subscription details in Ansys Gateway powered by AWS, click on the main toolbar and select Marketplace Subscription.

Subscription details are displayed:

The status displayed indicates whether the subscription is active, whether you are being billed for Ansys Gateway powered by AWS usage, and key dates associated with the subscription.

• Free Trial Status. A free trial enables you to use Ansys Gateway powered by AWS free of charge for a set period of time. During a free trial, you only pay for any hardware you use. For details, see Free Trials.

  Free trial status	Description	Notes
  Active	You are not being charged for Ansys Gateway powered by AWS usage at this time. You are only paying for hardware usage.	Ten days before the Free Trial End Date, you will start to see a reminder at the top of the screen which indicates the date on which billing for Ansys Gateway powered by AWS usage will begin.
  Ended	Your free trial period has ended and paid usage of Ansys Gateway powered by AWS has started.	When your free trial ends, your subscription automatically switches to paid usage unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.
  Inactive	Your free trial has expired. Billed usage is not in effect.

• Paid Subscription Status. This indicates whether you are currently being charged to use Ansys Gateway powered by AWS. For details, see Fees and Billing.

  Paid subscription status	Description	Notes
  Not yet started	Your free trial is still active. You are not being billed for Ansys Gateway powered by AWS usage at this time.	Billing will start on the Paid Subscription Start Date indicated.
  Active	You are currently being charged for Ansys Gateway powered by AWS usage (in addition to hardware usage).	When your free trial ends, your subscription automatically switches to paid usage unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.
  Inactive	Your subscription has expired. You are not being charged for Ansys Gateway powered by AWS at this time.
