Viewing OS Images

Ansys provides default Windows and Linux operating system (OS) images for installation on virtual machines.

To view a list of the OS images available in Ansys Gateway powered by AWS:

  1. On the main toolbar, click to access the Administration page.
  2. In the navigation pane, select Images.

    The list on the Images page includes the default Windows and Linux OS images provided by Ansys and any OS images that have been generated by converting virtual desktops to OS images.

    To display additional information about images, such as installed drivers or applications, click Edit columns and enable the columns you want to display in the table. You can also disable selected columns to simplify the table display.
