Creating and Using OS Images

An OS image is a file that contains an operating system (OS), application executables, and any data files required by the applications. You select an image when creating a virtual desktop.

You can convert an existing virtual desktop to an OS image that can be applied when new virtual desktops are created, saving time and effort. Images are stored in an image repository and can be deleted when no longer needed.
