Removing a Location

Administrators can remove locations that have been added to the Locations page. This also removes locations from the Location drop-down list in project space and resource creation wizards, making them unavailable for provisioning hardware.

Note: You cannot remove a location if it is being used by a project space.

To remove a location:

  1. On the main toolbar, click to display the Administration menu.
  2. In the navigation pane, select Locations.
  3. On the Locations page, find the location to remove.
  4. In the location's Actions column, click Remove. You are prompted to confirm your choice.
  5. In the confirmation dialog, click Remove. The location is removed from the list.
