Below are some common issues that you may encounter when using applications that require access via an Ansys Account.

You have signed in to your Ansys Account, but see an error similar to the following:

This means that a subscription has not been assigned to you, or that the subscription that has been assigned to you does not include the application that you have launched.

You are unable to sign in to your Ansys Account. |
If there is an issue with your credentials, click Forgot Password on the password screen to proceed with account recovery. If you have entered the correct credentials, but sign-in fails, the Ansys Account portal may be down temporarily. If you want to activate an Ansys Discovery subscription, you can activate it manually if desired. See Manually Activating Ansys Discovery Applications. |
