If you have installed and activated Ansys Discovery on two devices, and then decide that you want to run it on a different device, you must release the subscription on one device before activating it on another.
You can release an Ansys Discovery activation on a device in one of two ways:
Sign in to the Ansys Account portal at https://myaccount.ansys.com. On the My Subscriptions page, locate the desired subscription, then click next to the device on which you want to release the activation:
In the Discovery application, click
(Manage Subscription) on the toolbar. Then, in the Discovery Account
dialog box, click Release Activation:
