Users logged in to MI Viewer with administrative privileges can carry out a number of tasks from the Admin link in the MI Viewer toolbar.  

This link will be visible only if you are logged in using either:

• an account with Granta MI Administrator privileges (that is, an account that is a member of the Admin system security group). In this case, all of the functionality outlined below will be available to you.
• an account with Database Administrator privileges (that is, an account that is a member of the Admin database security group, where Database security has been configured). In this case, you can refresh home pages, generate bookmark URLs, view object identities and unit conversions, and lock the databases for which you are an Administrator.
