Returns the property value for a setup property.

oOptModule.GetPropValue("OptimizationSetup1\Optimizer") //get the optimizer name for OptimizationSetup1

oOptModule.GetPropValue("OptimizationSetup1\Optimizer\Choices") //Get the menu property’s menu items. In this case all Optimizer names.
