GetPropNames [Optimetrics]

Use: Always returns the empty set for Optimetrics objects since they do not have properties.

Syntax: GetPropNames(bIncludeReadOnly)

Return Value: Returns empty set.

Parameters: bIncludeReadOnly—optional, default to True.
