CreateNPort (Layout Editor)

Use: Creates an N-Port definition and component and adds them to the current project, layout, and schematic.

Syntax: CreateNPort<Array>

Return Value: Returns the name of the newly created component.

Parameters: Array("NAME:Contents",

"definition_name:=",<nport_definition_name>,

"placement:=", <component_placement>,

"layer:=", <placement_layer_name>,

<nport_data_definition>)

<nport_definition_name>:

quoted string (name of the component definition)

<component_placement>:

Array("x:=", <value>, // x coordinate

"y:=", <value>, // y coordinate

"scaling:=", <value>) // double
