Intended Audience

This documentation is intended for the persons responsible for installing and configuring the System Engineering Server.

The process is typically shared by two roles. Each person should familiarize themselves with the processes they are responsible for.

• Your company's system administrator is typically responsible for the installation steps, such as deploying, configuring SSL certificates, upgrading, and making container base images available
• Your company's Ansys Support Coordinator (ASC) typically configures the server and manages licenses and users. This person also can serve as the System Engineering Server administrator.
