Cleanup orphans

A new options in the preferences can be used to automatically get rid of orphan tasks (tasks in the 'Unmatched' category ) on tool shutdown.

Simplified setup

After having imported a project with task repository settings that are unknown to the workspace the user now can setup an appropriate task repository with just a few clicks from within the project properties page

Improved usability

Attached tasks can now be removed from multiple selected elements at once. Remote tasks that are attached to elements but not available locally yet, are rendered and handled more nicely in the related elements menu. Task synchronization can now be canceled if remote server is down.
