Execution on diagrams

Extension scripts can now be also executed on diagrams. Note that the semantic element is passed to the script, not the diagram element itself

Clear console

There is an additional option now in the Scripting preferences to clear the Script Console each time a Script is executed.

Further improvements

When editing scripts, they are now opened in read-only mode when the project is write protected for some reason. The Finder API can now be used to create new Finder instances on arrays and lists.
