Precision

The precision used for calculating failure rates (including all intermediate values) has been increased from 6 to 18 digits. This change was necessary to better deal with very small FIT rates as used in IP design. Please note that this might result in more precise numbers for your failure rates as well as for derived metrics than in earlier versions of medini analyze.

Reliability Checks

Additional warnings have been introduced that highlight potential problems in the failure rate calculation if inconsistent calculation modes have been selected.
