Browser improvements

All projects that are selected in the model browser, are now also selected within the export wizard.

Drag&drop

It is now possible to rearrange requirements within the model browser using drag&drop. Requirements can be moved over model boundaries but also easily duplicated when holding the <Ctrl> key down. Same is true for all elements organized in failure collections.
