Entry duplication

Entries in the Hazard List can now be duplicated while optionally skipping information from the catalog, e.g. exposure values. This way a complete row that was created based on catalog situation, can be reused for own custom situation analysis. This clean-up can also be triggered explicitly.

Safety goal creation

Safety goals can now be created on demand in the selection dialog while filling the HARA.
