Maintenance release containing bug fixes and a few feature updates, especially:
The FTA Risk Time model is now imported and exported to/from FaultTree+
Autocounter IDs are now by default assigning the next free value, avoiding duplicated IDs
Additional performance improvements on the cut set table have been applied
Duplicated variables for failure rate computation can now be detected and resolved easily
