Ansys HPC Platform Services can be deployed in Ansys Access on Microsoft Azure to support autoscaling cluster workflows for Ansys Electronics Desktop, Fluent (beta), Mechanical, and Workbench LS-DYNA.

In Ansys Access on Microsoft Azure, an administrator creates an autoscaling cluster that includes Ansys HPC Platform Services. When adding Ansys HPC Platform Services to the cluster, they can choose to install it on a dedicated virtual machine (recommended) or on the cluster head node.

Users then configure their desktop application to submit jobs to Ansys HPC Platform Services and can also launch Ansys HPC Manager directly from Ansys Gateway powered by AWS.
