Mesh Optimization allows you to create mapped meshing on cylindrical faces and improves the quality based on the Target Aspect Ratio (Height) and Target Jacobian Ratio (Corner Nodes). Mesh Optimization supports only bodies meshed with Patch Conforming Tetrahedrons method. Mesh Optimization is available only when the Physics Preference is Mechanical and the Global Sizing Type is Program Controlled or On in Files > Options... > Meshing > Meshing. The default option is No. When Mesh Optimization is Yes, the option creates mapped meshes on the cylindrical faces.
